Biographical Sketch
In September 2006, he
joined Chand Bagh School as a Teacher of
English Language to O and A levels. He has
also won the most coveted award of Champion
House Master at Chand Bagh School for Three
Consecutive Years. (2007, 2008and 2009)
Mr. Afzal joined
Degree College Mansoora as Lecturer In
English in 1997. He served in Lahore till
July 2003 before joining Scouts Cadet
College Batrasi in August 2003 as Assistant
Professor and the Head of English
Department. Later on, he was promoted as
Chief Instructor of the College wherein he
was entrusted with the responsibility of
formulating time table, allocation of
classes to the teachers and monitoring
syllabi coverage by the teachers. Moreover,
he was responsible to supervise and
coordinate all academic matters of the
college.

of Excellence” by then Governor of NWFP on
producing outstanding results of English in
Scouts Cadet College Batrasi Mansehra in
2005
Promoted to Deputy Headmaster (Discipline) in January 2010.
