Biographical Sketch
Col (Retd) Nusrat Ali Shah Kazmi, Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military) joined Chand Bagh School as a Principal
of this prestigious institution in November
2009. He is an experienced educationist, who has rendered meritorious services for almost three decades in Pakistan Army Education Corps. He is a true scholar and a lover of knowledge as he has studied a lot and has done Masters in four disciplines i.e. International Relations, Educational Administration, Sociology and Political Science. Currently he is enrolled as a PhD scholar with American University London and is working on his thesis titled "Guidance and Counselling in Educational Institutions of Pakistan in the 21st Century".
He has worked as principal of the renowned educational institutions of the country as well as abroad including PAF Degree College Peshawar, Pakistan International School & College Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Army Public School & Degree College Peshawar Cantt and Army Public Schools & Colleges System, Chinar Campus, Muree. He has been the recipient of many awards and certificates of excellence including Best Principal of the Year Award by Army Public Schools & Colleges System Secretariat, GHQ, Rawalpindi, Sitara-i-Imtiaz Military, Chief of Army Staff's Commendation Card and Quaid-e-Azam Gold Medal. He specializes in envisioning, concept building, educational planning and management and administration.
