CBS SPORTS
Except for extra ordinary days, each weekday
begins with P.T. and boys of grades 6-8 have one
double physical education period each week.
Emphasis is laid on the development of basic
sports skills and each boy is normally required
to take part in games at least six afternoons
each week.

There are regular inter-house competitions and a
growing schedule of matches against other
schools in several sports. Colors are awarded to
the top sportsmen. Exceptionally gifted
sportsmen receive Full School Sports Blazer.
Besides playing friendly matches with other
schools every Sunday, the school also
participates in a number of sports fixtures
every year with some of the leading foreign and
Pakistani institutions.
Boys are expected to participate in each of the
above mentioned sports, but during the
appropriate season they may devote more time to
those, in which they wish to specialize. The
founders of the school stressed that boys should
be reminded:
"Deliver us, O Lord, from the misguided
enthusiasm which values the results more
than the game, from the ambition that
we must win at any cost; from the inability
to lose without looking for excuses; and
also from failure to show humility in
victory and generosity in defeat."
